Adam Harris, an education writer at The Atlantic, dives into his recent work surrounding Harvard’s recent affirmative action case as he discusses the foundations for the articles he writes
“Unless they are just saying, ‘Oh we are going to admit everybody, or we are going to admit 30 percent or just up the amount of students that they enroll’, nobody is going to be happy because they could fill an entire Harvard class with people who have perfect SATs and GPAs. So just seeing just how subjective it is is kind of remarkable,” Harris says.
