Podcast: The Future of Work and What It Means for Higher Ed

Susan Lund, McKinsey Global Institute partner, speaks about sources of new demand for work, particularly in STEM and in jobs requiring social and emotional skills, and its relevance to higher education and lifelong learning.

“If you have any ability at math and science, do that, because that just opens up so many doors, so for sure, for [Arizona State University] and other educational institutions, really building out those STEM fields and figuring out how to get a more diverse body of students,” Lund explains.
