Monica Herk is vice president for education research at Committee for Economic Development. She oversees research to support policy statements in which business leaders contribute to the improvement of U.S. education from pre-kindergarten through graduate levels. Monica most recently served as senior education research scientist at the Institute of Education Sciences within the U.S. Department of Education.
