With daily signs of momentum in the effort to vaccinate adults, college leaders are beginning to plan for a new normal in higher ed after the pandemic. The president of Georgia State University, Mark Becker, joins Future U hosts Jeff Selingo and Michael B. Horn to talk about what institutions need to do to improve the student experience.
“You gotta be able to use the technology, but at the end of the day, it’s how people use it. One of the big mistakes in higher-ed is people buy technology and use it to do what they were doing before,” Becker said.
