Oregon’s Governor Kate Brown explains various Higher Ed policies in Oregon, including those related to access, affordability, apprenticeships, and community supports around online learning.
“I think it’s key that we make sure that not just our urban communities, but our rural communities have access to higher education and I would include community colleges in that,” Brown explains.
