Podcast: Kicking Off a Fall Like No Other

Higher education didn’t have much of a summer break this year, and podcasters Michael Horn and Jeff Selingo begin the fourth season of FutureU reviewing the big headlines and talk about the trends that will shape the coming academic year.

“Colleges reversing reopening plans, that’s been a huge storyline…,” Selingo said. “The other one is that the major football conferences have started to call off their seasons.”

They also spoke about the divide between college faculty and staff, with the burden and risk of reopening campuses falling on staff members who keep campuses running.
