“Our primary goal in the apprenticeship office is to make it very easy for the employers to participate. We understand we can’t do an apprenticeship without them, and they are very busy people. So as a community college, we not only provide the job-related education for the apprenticeship, but we also help them design the apprenticeship to suit their needs,” said Harp.
