WEBINAR: Redesigning Schools in an Era of Declining Enrollment: District Strategies

Declining enrollment is an increasingly urgent challenge for California school districts, with major implications for budgets and staffing. A forthcoming webinar will feature policy experts and practitioners discussing system-level strategies districts can use to navigate these shifts. Drawing on the Learning Policy Institute’s Redesigning High School: 10 Features for Success and Bellwether’s Navigating Declining Enrollment Toolkit, the webinar will present research-based approaches to improving educational opportunities amid declining resources. It will also highlight the case of Anaheim Union High School District, which is redesigning its 7–12 school model to center students, engage families, and involve the broader community.
