WEBINAR: Early Efforts | Early Childhood Governance Structures: Outcomes of Consolidation and Unification

Early childhood governance refers to the systems, policies, and structures that oversee and coordinate services for young children and their families. Effective governance supports alignment across sectors, equitable resource distribution, and the implementation of standards to improve outcomes for children. This webinar will include a discussion about what governance looks like across states (coordinated, consolidated, and created), how unified (created) governance can be implemented, and a discussion on why states are trending towards consolidated/unified governance and how it impacts the services provided. This webinar will also explore what happens after states make their governance structures more efficient and aligned.
