WEBINAR: Building and Sustaining Partnerships Between CGLR Communities and School Districts

This Crucible of Practice Salon will explore some of the strategies that have been successfully used by two CGLR (Campaign for Grade Level Reading) communities to build upon partnerships with the local school districts and align efforts among all types of community partners engaged with the coalitions’ work to support school readiness and family engagement. We will learn from leaders with the CGLR community coalitions from Nash and Edgecombe counties in North Carolina and Regina in Saskatchewan, Canada. These two teams will lead a conversation about how partnerships with school districts and other key community groups are mobilized toward making a difference for children and families.
