Local Impact: One Year In and A Strong Future

Responding to early reports of significant pandemic-precipitated learning loss, the U.S. Department of Education launched two national initiatives aimed at accelerating equitable learning recovery through proven-effective strategies in the summer of 2022: Engage Every Student (EES) and The National Partnership for Student Success (NPSS). In this Campaign for Grade Level Reading webinar, leaders who introduced the initiatives last year will share successes and challenges in local communities, the impact on learning recovery and the plans to sustain and deepen the impact of these initiatives throughout 2024 and beyond.
