CONFERENCE: 2026 National Forum on Education Policy

The 2026 National Forum on Education Policy will highlight The Compact Renewed, a forward-looking reaffirmation of the Education Commission of the States’ founding purpose: supporting partnership between political and professional leadership so states can lead confidently in an increasingly complex policy environment. It is a trusted, nonpartisan space where governors, legislators and education leaders come together to exchange ideas and lessons from across states, explore policy options grounded in evidence, build partnerships across roles and branches, and inform decisions in their own state contexts.
