CONFERENCE: National Conference on Student Assessment

Hosted by the Council of Chief State School Officers, the National Conference on Student Assessment brings together dynamic and innovation education leaders, policymakers, and practitioners from across the country to explore the future of assessment, accountability, and education data systems. Since 1971, the conference has served as a national forum for collaboration and learning, offering participants the opportunity to engage with emerging research, cutting-edge technologies, and best practices designed to improve student outcomes. This year’s theme, “Connecting the Dots: Building Coherent Systems to Support Student Success,” highlights the importance of aligning assessment, accountability, data systems, and instruction to support evidence-based improvement efforts at the state and local levels.
