CONFERENCE: Mastery Transcript Consortium Forum

At this year’s Forum, innovative schools will share real-world stories, challenges, and successes in implementing competency-based learning. Attendees are encouraged to bring a team of 3–5 key staff members to participate in hands-on workshops, receive personalized consulting, and deepen their understanding of Mastery Transcript Consortium (MTC) tools. The event offers opportunities to connect with peer schools at various stages of implementation, explore how competency-based education supports college and career pathways, and gain insight into how higher education institutions view holistic applicant profiles created with MTC tools. Participants will leave with actionable strategies to accelerate their competency work, whether they are just beginning, refining their current practices, or aligning their efforts with postsecondary expectations. The one-day Forum highlights how a Portrait of a Graduate can serve as a catalyst for whole-school transformation.
